A: Don't become fooled by intentionally vague or misleading terminology or word spin.
- A "registered" buyer is nothing more than someone who "registered" by filling in a form on a lead generation website. It is NOT necessarily someone who expressed interest in working with a item Real Estate Agent to help them buy a business firm. In that case, the person is not a "registered" heir-apparent, they are a client of the Agent/Brokerage.
- Registered buyers therefore are goose egg more names on a list. A client, however, is someone who has entered into a exact or written understanding with a Realtor® to apply their services to find the perfect abode for them.
Don't go duped by give-and-take-smiths!
